Whilst we can’t control what is happening around us, we must try and do all we can to stay healthy
and avoid storing up problems for our oral health. It is important to:
1. Eat healthily, avoiding snacks, sugary foods and drinks
2. Brush your teeth after breakfast, and before bedtime, with a fluoride toothpaste.
3. Floss your teeth regularly if you are able to.
We want to let you know that at this challenging and unprecedented time, although we can only offer a very limited emergency service, we are thinking of you and we are here
Many of us are trying to find ways to pass the time with our children. Lots of us are making the most of our exercise time and we are lucky to live close to some great parks and cycle rides.
Lots of us are baking!
Did you know that every time you eat sugar, the bacteria that live in your mouth, convert the sugar
to acid, and that acid attacks your teeth.
